从政治角度，赞比亚政府欢迎外商投资及希望在当地市场投资的跨国企业。这一行动使得了外国企业聘用并培训当地劳动力。 从经济角度，首都卢萨卡的建筑正不断增加，东部及南部地区的风电行业及北部的产铜地区也在扩张。

Sarens is pleased to announce a new partnership between Sarens South Africa and Shumba, a family-owned business specialising in earthworks and civil works in Lusaka, Zambia.
From a political standpoint, the Zambian government welcomes foreign investment and multinational companies who want to invest in the local market. This empowers foreign companies to employ and train local people. From an economic standpoint, there is growing construction in the capital, Lusaka, as well as wind opportunities in the east/south region as well as mining in the Copperbelt region in the north.
